Exchange and Return

Returns/exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase according to the Law of Ukraine ‘On Consumer Protection,’ provided the item has not been used, retains its commercial appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, etc. Exchanges/returns are at the buyer’s expense. If you purchased the item from our online store, returns or exchanges can only be processed through the online store. Returns or exchanges of items purchased online through physical stores are not possible due to the receipt being issued by a specific department. To initiate a return, please contact us at inetmag@yarn.com.ua with a description of the reason for the return/exchange and your order number. After receiving the information, you should include the item to be returned, the receipt, and a return/exchange statement with information from our email in the package. 

In the statement, you must also provide your full name, contact details (phone, email address), bank details (EDRPOU, MFO, IBAN, account number, and card number), indicate when and what item was purchased, at what price, and state that the item did not meet your expectations due to any of the following reasons: shape, size, style, color, or other reasons, and therefore cannot be used by you for its intended purpose, date, and signature. Please note that we can return funds to any card or account except salary cards; please keep this in mind when filling out the statement. After receiving the package, the refund may take up to 7 business days, depending on your bank (details about the refund period can be obtained from your bank). 

WARNING!! Needles, knitting accessories, and custom-ordered yarn on cones are not eligible for exchange or return.
